He holds over 28 years of experience in Human Resources Management, Property & Estate Management, Outsourcing and Logistics, Vendor Management & Payments. He started his Human Resources career with Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. between in 1993 to 1999. He had a brief stint with Concord Press Nigeria Ltd as the National Sales/Circulation Manager before joining Intercontinental Bank Plc. (now Access Bank) where he was between 2000 -2013. He was the Pioneer Managing Director of Integrity Press Limited, a subsidiary of Intercontinental Bank. Yemi is a professional member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM); Association of Outsourcing Practioners of Nigeria (AOPN); chartered institute of Management (NIM); Academy for Entrepreneurial Studies (AES). Yemi holds a B.Sc. degree in Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Diploma in Business & Industrial Law from the University of Lagos and MBA in Human Resources Management from Lagos State University. He has also attended many Professional and leadership training programmes facilitated by such institutions as the Lagos Business School, London Management Centre (LMC), London and other Chartered profession body both Local and International.

Babajide has over 12 years cognate working experience covering Sales & Marketing, Bills & Tender, Training & Development and Recruitment. He has worked with Royal Priesthood (Head, Marketing), CITC Consulting (Head, Integrated Human Resources), Aspin International (Accounts Executive) and Strategic Outsourcing Limited. He currently oversees the Northern Regional Division of H & B Energy and Logistics Limited. Babajide is a graduate of Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University and holds a professional diploma in Human Resource Management. He is a Chartered Associate Member of the Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM). Jide has worked in various capacities and rose to the position of Regional Business Executive in charge of Training and Development and as RBC covering Abuja & North Central in various Outsourcing company Babajide is a huge people person, a seasoned recruiter, leader and strategist. Frequently, a social and political commentator on the cyber space. He has attended several training programmes in diverse fields in the course of his career.

Toyin Elebute hold higher National Diploma in Business Administration from the Polytechnic Ibadan, He started his carrier at the Portland Paints and Products, a Subsidiary of the defunct West African Portland Cement (W.A.P.C.O) now Lafarge PLC:-(1990-1994). In the year 1995, he teamed up with his friends to form a public relations outfit known as O.M & T with their head Office in Surulere, Lagos as the Client Service Director. He was the one interfacing between the Company and their Clients, majorly First Bank, First Trustees and First Registrars. In 1999,moved to United Kingdom where he had certificates in some marketing/Supply courses. While working with Stanford Media in South-West London, he was in the client Service department of the P.R Company. His carrier development cut across marketing and product development strategy. In 2003, he returned back to Lagos, Nigeria to form his own Advert Support/Public Relations Company named ZOTOK LIMITED till date
